Subaru Bowl Gasket Part#: 2146254008 - Does this fit a Subaru EA190 engine carb?

I have a gas leak on my Homelite power washer (UT80709A).  The engine is a Subaru EA190.  I am going crazy trying to find a new float bowl seal ring/gasket.  This one looks about right, but so does one for a B&S.  Seems like parts for this engine are hard to come by!  I hate to keep ordering gaskets to see if they fit.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!  

Thanks for giving me some help.  I looked on the engine, the entire number is EA190V50030 (also has the number EA190-1051162).  Looking at the first number that I listed, it looks like the bowl seal/ring is not available.  Do you think the one you recommended will work?  It seems like maybe the engine I have has been discontinued/replaced. 
 
 

Thanks again for your continued help!   I am just thinking now that maybe the seal is not the only reason I am leaking gas (coming out at the top of the float bowl), and maybe I would be better off ordering a new carb.  When I look on this website, it shows the alternative carb is 16100Z02081000, which is different from the one you listed above.  Do you think the one they list as an alternative would be the right one?  I really appreciate your help, it has been really frustrating looking for parts for this power washer.  I bought it in 2011, but I was living out of the country for 8.5 years, so the machine was sitting but it has not been used very much, hate to have to buy a whole new machine.
