Simplicity Regent No. 2691014-01 46" Deck Not Level--Solved

The deck is not level.  Seems to be due to right side of rollers are not in place because the roller rod is loose in the bracket.  The machine has 100 hours of use.  Does the bracket need to be replaced that soon due to wear?  When the deck is lowered the bottom of the rollers is at the same level as the bottom of the bracket thus allowing the bracket to tear up the turf.
 
Follow Up--Found that Roller Spacer had just slid out of place during transport.  Put it back in place and looks like it will stay during testing.
