Briggs & Stratton Flywheel

My engine is Model 31C707-3346-G6  Code: 110224ZB
 
Looking for Flywheel P/N 698281 (new or used/good condition)
 
According to B&S customer service… Flywheel P/N 698281 is “No longer available.”  
 
The B&S parts list shows  P/N 698281 for models before build year 2012 …. Mine is 2011
 
It shows P/N 591759 for build codes after 12XXXX but the person at B&S I’ve emailed says the two are not interchangeable.
 
(I never know what to believe from B&S customer service!)
 
The two flywheels (I have both) appear to be identical in every way.... even down to the casting number on bottom of wheel #215700
