please help toro wheel horse 310-8

I have a toro wheel horse 310-8, with a kohler magnum 10 on it. and I went to go start it today, and it will turn over, but not start. I checked it for spark, and it has spark. I put about a 2 second spray of carb and choke cleaner down the throat of the carb. and it still didn't start. I checked the key switch, the safety switches, and the light switch, and still nothing. please help my grass is getting long. thanks to whoever can help.

    Have you tried replacing the spark plug?

    do you think that could be it. awesome let me try that and find out. I also found out that there is no fuel pumping out of the fuel pump. when I turn it over?

    Could be not enough spark, but definitely is will not run without gas.

    I just got the oil pump installed it. cranked it over a few times, and it fired right up. thanks guys for the help.
