Troy Bilt Super Bronco Wiring

I searched Troy Bilt, so if this is wrong room, get with the forum moderator.
Anyway, I’m looking for a wiring diagram for my 2007/08 mower.
I killed it last fall and need to get it going for spring. A stick got into or under my mower and killed it on the spot. When I tried to restart it, it was like the battery wasn’t even hooked up.
I’d also like to bypass the need for brakes to be engaged for starting. Seat bypass, I’m not too worried about.
Sorry so wordy.

T. Brady

Your TB is really an MTD. Grab your numbers under the seat and head over to MTDs look up. (once again its at work).
Il tell folks how to get rid of the smog stuff on mowers, but not safety switches. I hope you kn ow that the circuit you are trying to break, is linked to every switch on the machine. So it may not turn over, or mow when you are done.
The good thing about MTD is they hide just about everything electrical, and you have to take stuff off to get at most of it.

I have the deck off and gas tank. I can see about everything I need. Weather and son’s baseball practices and games been focus lately. I really think it’s the brake switch. If I can’t bypass the safeties it’s no big deal. Just need it running again. Thanks for the reply.

Well, it was an easy fix. Traced some wires to under the seat pan. There, on the back wall is a relay assembly. From it some wires go toward the front. About 6” fwd of the relay, is a fuse. That fuse was blown. I’m guessing a tomato or okra plant got inside the front of the mower and pushed the starter power wire lug onto the body of the starter, shorting it out. That lug was kinda loose and close to the body of the starter.
