Torque requirement on 19.5hp briggs (model below)

Torque requirement on 19.5hp briggs (model below)

Model 31p677-0912-g5 Briggs & Stratton
I’m putting the sump (bottom case) back on and want to know the torque I’m supposed to use on the bolts? Should I just use the criss cross pattern and just tighten them tight without torque wrench?
