Toro Riding Mower won't start

Ran out of gas and put NEW gas in. It won't start again. Checked the air filter, fuel filter and changed the spark plug. Put in Stabil in the fuel and it cranks, but won't start up. I have a Toro Timecutter 34" rider. Ran out of gas and put NEW gas in. It won't start again. Checked the air filter, fuel filter and changed the spark plug. Put in Stabil in the fuel and it cranks, but won't start up. Only has 90 hours on it. Any ideas?
