Brand new Honda gx690 won’t start?

Just received a new Honda gx690 and it won’t start. It has gas spark turns over has good ground solenoid clicks under the carb when I turn the key gas Is brand new no loose wires. I feel like I’ve almost checked everything, any ideas?

    Sometimes they need a kick in the pants on first startup. Have you tried priming it with gas?

    Yes I’ve pulled the choke all the way out and turned it over lots probably flooded it so I gave it a day and tried again still nothing.
