Gx160T-Y won’t stay running.

Has been sitting outside in the elements Tank was empty though. I pulled carb and cleaned out. Pulled tank and cleaned filter installed new oring on tank srcew in filter Cleaned fuel shut off. I put on new fuel hose. It start right up runs perfect for 35 seconds. Shuts right off. Does same thing every time. I tried running with tank cap on and off same thing. I took it off a pressure washer I had. I bought it new and it doesn’t have much time on it at all. Installed on an air compressor. Same size engine was previously on the compressor. The air outlet on compressor is open so it doesn’t have to work hard to run. What am I missing. I’m on the verge of taking it somewhere I just hate to have it whoop me lol. It seems as though it’s something simple. It runs like new and starts right up. Just only for 35 Seconds. Any help would be greatly appreciated!.

I’m quite sure it’s running out of fuel. I can keep chocking it and it will run longer. I’ve cleaned every fuel path I can find

Yeah, does sound like it may be fuel related. Does it keep running if you use fuel or carb cleaner into carb or have you taken it to shop?

Definitely in the carb. I actually had another engine I forgot about. Traded carbs and runs fine. So idk. I’ve cleaned the carb best I can figure. Some passage must be blocked. I ordered a new card for like $45. Was cheaper than taking it somewhere. Really bugs me though I couldn’t figure it out
