Generac Power Washer

Hi All
First time poster with a question. I pulled out my Generac  pressure washer today , changed the oil got it all hooked up. Motor starts and runs great but but pressure was a little low but came on strong and with the trigger still being pulled the motor stopped. I couldn't turn the motor over until I released the pressure in the line, motor started right up full pressure and died again. I can run on full pressure for a minute or two and same thing happens again. If I let the motor idle it stays running. The motor is a Honda CG160 5.0 hp. it's a 2500 psi 2.5 gpm pump. I can't find anywhere to change the oil in the pump , manual says this might not need to oil pump ( MTPO82685 ). Also there isn't a throttle lever on this model sets itself . If I manually move the throttle the motor revs up it seems to be free. Any Ideas on where to look ?
                                                                         Thanks
                                                                              Joe

The pump is not serviceable, it needs to be replaced. Depending on cost you might be further ahead buying a new unit.

Check and make sure you don't have any blockage. Pump screen or dirt in the tip can also cause this especially when using well water
