Linkage to carburetor

I've got a Briggs and Stratton 127H07-0112-E1 engine on a DR Trimmer/Mower.

Does anyone know of a repair manual for this engine that actually shows how all the linkages are connected? I'm having issues with it staying running and I think its related to the linkage. The linkage on the parts diagram I can find that is called the governor linkage feels disconnected. I haven't removed the cowling and fuel tank (this linkage goes under that) yet. Maybe it will be obvious when I do.

I need to order seals for the carburetor, they all disintegrated when I took it apart, and if I need any other parts I'd like to get them at the same time.

Well I took the cowling off and everything looks connected and of course obvious. I'll swap out the carburetor and hopefully that will be the end of it.
