briggs and stratton b6s coil

Hi,
Does anyone know where to get an original coil for this old engine? Or, does anyone know if there is a replacement electronic ignition coil available?
The flywheel measures about 5.75" in diameter. I can't seem to find specs for replacement coils that give the radius of the coil where it contacts the flywheel. If anyone knows how to get that info. I may be able to locate a coil that would work.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
Thanks, Greg

Welcome! That is the old 3 leg coil, there is no breakerless conversion for it. Your best bet is finding a donor engine maybe on ebay. Sorry I don't have the part number, no access to parts books or microfiche anymore. The repair manual for the old engines is p/n CE8069R.
