Weedeater GBI22 Leaf Blower Assembly

While disassembling my GBI22 Weedeater Leaf Blower, the Ground-Wire Static, #52, popped out.  Can anyone tell me how this attaches back in?

I bought a new carburetor on ebay that has a extra tube.  I assume one is the gas inlet and the gas return to tank.  Original carburetor did not have an extra tube.  Just one line.  Should I add another tube for return to gas tank or will it run with the extra tube plugged?

It return line is primary used for purging the carburetor of air commonly referred to as priming. It can be plugged off. Hopefully one that is configured correctly for the blower and that it is the right size jetting wised.

Personally I always try to as close to the original as possible as it eliminates problems down the road.

New carburetor will not run unless the Hi side and the Low side needles are completely turned in.  What is the deal with this?
