At wits end...

I have a Stihl SH56C blower to which I have replaced the following; carburetor, coil, spark plug, fuel filter, fuel line and air filter.
It still refuses to start. I do have spark and gas in the bubble. When I remove the plug and add gas directly in the combustion chambre it seems to want to try but will never go any further... by the way, I have checked countless videos and cleaned the exhaust ... I did not test the compression but it certainly seems to have lots of that when I spin the flywheel by hand. Please help.
