I don’t know anything except what I’ve seen on you tube etc etc... just keeps stalling out after 15-30 seconds on full prime. 😢 model 11A- 02TB729 new spark plug

The carb is clogged, replace it. They are cheap enough that cleaning is a waste of time.

But he said he just installed a "New Carb" Might not be important but just curious what the original problem was that a new carb was installed.

Sorry for the late response I finally from that model but they didn't list which engine model and type number-wise they used so that info would be needed. Just says that they used an 125 cc Briggs & Stratton 300e series engine. Strange as the 450e series (08P5) is listed as 125cc and Briggs Power Portal doesn't pull up anything list as 300e series. Meanwhile check that you have good fuel flow from the fuel line as the tank may have an internal fuel filter that could be clogged but I don't seeing of these Briggs with any of fuel filter. Also check that you both o-rings in place on the intake/spacer for the carburetor assuming it is the 08P5 engine. Also on the new carburetor is it OEM or aftermarket Chinese version?

It was doing the same thing before I changed the carb. The carb came from an eBay dealer USA it’s identical. Fuel tank I leaned out, gas flows freely, no line obstruction, the “O” ring area I made sure had new ring and the “plastic spacer” but I have wondered about it. I even put a seal over the primer bulb with duct tape to see if air was seeping thru but still did the same. I am going to re-work the “O” ring area to make sure there isn’t any seepage of air . also I tried manually while it ran the few seconds “pushing and pulling” on the lever where the spring for the choke is “like you do on a car to accelerate etc but nothing ... . The “plate that holds the filter” that attaches to carb I’ve checked for warping...I’ve put gasket maker to make sure there wasnt air seeping around the area ...I am stumped, I will check again the O rings see what happens... I am using no ethanol fuel bought at Home Depot...I appreciate everyone’s help.. I will repost an update.. thank you

What you posting is the model number of the mower body and not the engine model and type numbers. These are found on the engine itself. If there is a barcode label on with it serial number that be looked up as Briggs does use these on some engines where we can convert it back to the model and type numbers. BTW it doesn't matter if non ethanol or not. Many of my customers just what is available here which is mostly E10 fuels without major problems.

Actually according to serial number posted it is a 08P502-0055-F1. At least now everyone will know what we dealing with. It is the plastic carburetor that I was think it was. Remove the fuel bowl and check for trash as any trash can block the main jet. When tightening the fuel bowl screws don't over tighten them as they are easily stripped. Also verify that the replacement carburetor is PN 593261 as this is a pre-code Date 18070100. Actually manufactured on October 31, 2016. The newer carburetor has a different main jet. One side note here you shouldn't be using RTV on a carburetor as it can get into the metering passages and cause problems.

Will check all this I agree with the RTV I was real cautious. There is a date of 2016 on the mower itself and the carb I ordered is this year. I actually did remove the bowl “ plastic” it’s all plastic and I did spray it out with carb cleaner. I mean it’s new so it was clean, however I cleaned out the gas tank after the fact so I will take it apart. When I first cranked it with new carb it worked fine, I let it run maybe a minute ( as opposed where it would stall out after 10 seconds or less) then put it away.. so when I went to use it a few days later it started doing the same stalling out... That’s when I cleaned out tank, after I cleaned out carb.. but there could be something I missed .. ughhh but I’ll go back to the board check on the carb specks like you say and report back.... I fix my Jeep faster and easier than this ... geeeee... thank you for such amazing help.. I’ll let you know what happens!
