Reverse Thread????

Hello

I have troy bilt blower, model 41as2meb766.  The fan assembly (shown in pic) broke and Troy Bilt sent me the three parts to fix it.  To get the inner piece (in pic) off, you must remove a bolt that goes through the fan.  It is pretty tight.  Does anyone know if this is a reverse thread since it is attached to the motor?

It should be the normal right hand thread.

Good old YouTube.  The issue was also, how do I loosen that bolt when the fan moves with the bolt.  I found that the answer, as weird as it sounds, was to remove the spark plug, insert a small diameter rope to lodge into the piston.  Then, the bold can be loosened, and it worked!

Thank you for the clarification on the thread though!
