Finally got to open it up. Sprockets are fine(PO stated they had broken teeth), chain was stretched so much that I could almost remove it without finding the master link. So got that all cleaned up, fired it up, put it in gear and it takes off without depressing lever. Drive belt appeared wider than the auger belt, couldn't find numbers on either. All powerful internet tells me both belts are the same. A run to the hardware store (second today) for a pair of belts. Get both on without much trouble. Loosened both tension idlers as much as possible. Fired it up and it still starts moving when put into gear without depressing lever.
The belts called out are 37"x.5. will a 38" be too long? or should I go with a 37.5"
Thanks
Ryan
