I'm having problems with my Poulan pp4620avx chainsaw. I can't get it to start.
I have replaced everything that could possibly cause this, but still no luck.
 
New installed parts:
From Jack's
Walbro Carb
Fuel Tubing
Fuel Filter
 
Pre-Mixed Fuel
Coil
Spark Plug
 
It appears to have great spark, and the tubing is full of fuel.
It appears to have good compression.
 
I would appreciate any suggestions.

What specifically is the compression?
 
Remove the muffler and inspect for carbon build up on the spark arrester screen. 
With the muffler still off, inspect the piston for any scoring...
 
Did you try putting a spritz of starting fluid down the carb and see if it kicks?

The cold engine compression is 128.
 
The muffler and the spark screen are clear.
There is no sign of scoring in the cylinder or on the piston.
 
Starting fluid did make it fire up.
 
There is fuel in the carb.
 
The engine spins freely with no spark plug, but is hard to crank when the plug is installed.
 
I'm really puzzled by this engine.

Although you said it did "kick" with starting fluid, you may want to check that the flywheel key hasn't sheared.
 
You can get a good idea just checking where the flywheel magnet is when the piston is at TDC. 
It CAN be sheared off, show it to be close using the above method so removing is best.  
 
It should be noted that the aluminum flywheel has the "key" as part of it.  I have had luck filing a notch in the flywheel and putting a steel key back in..

Have you checked the gas to fuel ratio. Incorrect gasoline to oil ratio can cause this problem.
