I lost the small spring between the throttle and governor thing?? that increases the power of the snowblower up to full power. toro says the part is out of production.  It looked just like this one on your site.

Tecumseh 31361 Governor Spring

is this a replacement for the one I lost on this snowblower?  It does have a tecumseh engine.
