I have a Troy bilt 2410 snowblower. I’ve been able to change the oil before on it but this time around, when I try to loosen the drain plug, the pipe spins with it. Tried holding it in place with pliers but it seems that the pipe and plug are well fused at the moment. Any tips I could try? Thanks!

It's gonna be messy but remove the pipe and cap (which is seized together).
 
Put the pipe in a vise (TIGHTEN) and then remove the cap.  
 
 
Re-install the pipe with pipe tape on the engine end of the pipe..
It's NPT thread so tighten till good an snug.
 
Should you not be able to separate, go to the hardware store and purchase a new pipe and cap..

Thanks again for the advice. I bought the new pipe and cap. I laid down a big sheet of plastic in the garage to catch any oil mess. I tipped the snowblower way up, watching to see if any gas would leak out- luckily it didn’t. This aimed the old oil pipe up vertical, which I figured would lead to slightly less mess. I was happy to see that there was no oil that came out at all perhaps there was less oil in there than required to start). I put the new pipe in with plumbers teflon tape as well as plumbers tape on the threads where the cap goes on to hopefully lessen the chance of it seizing on me again. I then changes out the oil like normal and there put some stabil in the gas tank. Ran it for 5 minutes and put the snowblower back in storage.

Perhaps in the future, what I installed on my rider is a hose that replaces that 
"hard line" and makes oil changes MUCH EASIER:

You may want to just fully drain the fuel tank (if plastic).  Run the machine dry as well.
No fuel at all means no fuel to go bad/cause issues..
