Need help with the stamped numbers 1st set is stamped on it is 80302   0249 01  6401093,   the 2nd one is on a tag on the frame  129382, any help will be helpful.

It didn't want to run when under load, So I was hoping to find Carb.  parts,

Did you try adjusting the screw under the float out (CC) some to richen the mixture?

Yes didn't help.
What I did was take the high speed needle and seat out cleaned it up, blew it out, reinstalled them and BINGO, runs good again.   
Although I sill don't understand what the different groups of numbers refer to, but was able to get to Jack's from the link.
