Here is my issue. Before it was turning over and not starting. NOW it won't turn over at all. I have a "no rpm sensor" red light on. Where do I start? Is there a way to reset? Or a fuse? Any help would be great

I would charge the battery if it's low.
 
Then check the owners manual for fuse locations, re-set buttons, etc:
