Toro model 74801 wont start

Have a toro 74801 that wont start. New solenoid, ignition, and relay. Have power to one side of the solenoid but none to the starter side. At a lost.

Are you getting 12 volts to the small trigger wire on the battery side of the solenoid (with the key turned to CRANK)?

That would be one of the two smaller wires. I'll have to check

I should have added this to my original post. If I jump start it across the solenoid, it will run until I disengage the brake or the steering arns
