Have a 1986 wheel horse with magnum 8 engine. Started stalling intermittently after running awhile. Figure bad/dirty fuel/tank. But, trying to restart and just hear low slow humming or turning of starter I’m assuming like a low battery, but engine not turning over. New battery from my cruiser bike, battery charger, and no change. Starter issue?
