I have a Briggs and Stratton  SE5000, Model 01329-0 that has no output voltage.

I want to check the winding resistances on the Power, Field and Excitation coils.

Does anyone know what those resistance readings should be?  
The resistances that I do measure are quite low.

Is there a diagnostic manual for this model or series?
