Hi,
I’m having trouble finding the correct carburetor replacement, I’m hoping someone here may be able to help.
The 23HP engine on my riding mower is Briggs and Stratton
Model 445777
Type 0263 E1
Code 030103YG
On the carburetor it says
693043 266
2718 -231
The only thing I can find is people suggesting that the correct replacement would be 791230 however that one doesn’t look quite like mine. I believe there was a change in the carburetor for that engine and the 791230 is a compatible replacement for those with ‘newer’ engine codes but not for an older one like mine. Any help would be greatly appreciated :)
