I’m currently working on an Exmark sprayer/spreader. It has a Subaru EX27 9hp engine and I’m trying to find the correct replacement carburetor. The serial off the engine was destroyed by the sun years ago but the machine serial is SSS270CSB00000. Is there anyway to find the correct carb part# with just the engine info and machines serial?

Just go to eBay and search for "Subaru EX27 carburetor". You'll receive a long list ranging from cheap knockoff to OEM. Just pick a price range and compare the picture with the carburetor you have.
