I have a 6.5 hp Briggs that won’t stay running. I have fresh fuel, rebuilt carb replaced fuel line new plug and filter. I have to prime it 15 times to get fuel to it then it runs for 3-5 seconds and dies

Carb is still clogged..
 
Is it the plastic carb or aluminum?
