Hi everyone. I have a pressure washer here that I got secondhand, it was in pristine shape older guy just moving to a community and didn’t need it anymore. I have a feeling it may have sat though.
The other night I got it going and had it running for a bit. Poured some Mechanic in a bottle into the bit of gas that I had in there. Was letting it run, then it stalled. I sprayed some starter fluid into the air intake, it ripped up again, but it started lasting, shorter and shorter. I have water going through the hose, I don’t think it is a temperature trip or anything. Or maybe it is. I had the spare carburetor kit, I replaced the whole thing today. Some of the old seals actually were broken and stuff , so I replaced it all. With some starter fluid and a couple of difficult pulls, I can get it to rumble up a little bit but it’s pretty much immediately dying. Spark plug also looks clean. Any ideas? Feeling pretty defeated, probably just going to have to take it in, but I’ve already done all of that work, so I figured I would give it another try.
