I recently bought 2 replacement carps from Amazon. Both are draining the fuel tank into cylinder and hydro locking up the piston.
What’s wrong and how do I fix this?

Empty and clean tank. Replace fuel filter.
 
Replace junk Chinese carb with OEM.
 
If you post a MODEL # of the engine, there usually is another carb available besides the NIKKI.
