Generac Model # G0072101 (24KW)

My Mobile App shows that the generator is running but it is not (and it shows that I am connected to Wi-Fi). The control panel on the generator shows a green light “ready to run”. Note it had been running 2 days ago when we lost power. Do I turn it off then on to reset? Or do I reconnect to Wi-Fi?..

When Does My Battery Charge 22K Generac

I have a new Generac 22K whole house automatic generator. Question is, does the battery charge when sitting idle as long as the house power is available, or does is only charge when the engine is running. Reason I ask is the bi-weekly exercise is only for 5 minutes and each time it does its exercise..
