homelite powerwasher with honda engine

ihave a homelite powerwasher with170cc honda engine cleaned out carb after sitting for a few years will only run without aircleaner housing. soon as i try to install rear part of housing engine runs rich and stalls whats wrong?..

HRR2168vya Roto Stop issue

Circuit breaker on GX340 electric start

Not a great picture of the electric start switch and fuse but the electric start kit comes with a circuit breaker, one I doubt this CB is quality so I guess I should keep it in the circuit, I can’t tell what the amperage is and anyone know where to get a HQ CB?..
