Stihl ht75 pole saw has no spark. Changed spark plug (checked on different motor - ok) changed coil, check stop switch, but still no spark????..

hi guys a recently changed the crankshaft on my BR500 as the bearings where noisy and machine didn't sound great so I took it apart it works out for about an hour then it started to lose power then heard a band and smoke came out of the blower tube anyone got any ideas on the problem at all.....

Have older FS66 that works great. Was looking to mount the Stihl articulating hedge trimmer attachment on the end in place of the string trimmer and was wondering if anyone had tried this? From video i have seen on youtube it looks like it would work. Not wanting to spend hundreds more for a Kombi u..
