Why can't I add a link or pictures to my posts and comments?

Hello,When adding a link and posting, the link disappears. Every time.When uploading an attachment, it loads it but then says upload error, not allowed. Honda WB20XT Portable Water Pump

My Honda water pump is 1 year old. Recently the rpm’s have started to fluctuate cause a corresponding rise and fall of water pressure being pumped for irrigation.
