Messed up pull start & flywheel bolt- Toro 36 Mower & Kawasaki Motor

Bad day for me & the mower-
 
My pull start broke, so I took it off & restrung it. For some reason, I can't line the holes up on the assembly, I am assuming because I rotated the flywheel.
 
I couldn't find a video that says how to put the pull start back in
 
I still needed to mow the yard, so I tried starting the motor with a drill & broke the flywheel bolt.
 
 
What do I need to do to fix this?
 
How do I line up the flywheel with the starting assembly & the bolt holes?
 
I also prob need a bolt extractor to get the broken bolt out of the flywheel. It's going to be tuff, because i tightened the hell out of it before i broke it.

The bolt, now with no head (or torque on it), should come put easily.
 
You can use a small punch and smack the head in a counter clock direction.
That alone may very well loosen it.  As it's likely a hardened bolt, it'll be difficult to 
drill but you can try.
 
Worse case scenario, MIG weld a nut onto the end of the bolt being careful
not to weld the crank.  This shouldn't take much as again, there's no tension on it.
 
Re installing the cover, just slowly / gently pull the pull starter while setting it atop the flywheel.
It'll drop on fully once in the correct position.  You shouldn't have to force it..
