starting problem

I have a Poulan XT lawn tractor. The tractor will only start if jumped. I replaced the battery, starter solenoid and starter. Any input is welcome.

Does it spin over with the key, just not start?
 
Key does nothing, 
 
It only CRANKS OVER when DIRECTLY jumped from the battery to the starter?
