Intek XRD 19.5hp keeps draining fuel tank into cylinder

I recently bought 2 replacement carps from Amazon. Both are draining the fuel tank into cylinder and hydro locking up the piston. What’s wrong and how do I fix this? Thanks for any help..

High RPM on 21 HP B&S

I have a mower with a 725 EXI engine. I am not a fan of these plastic carburetors I can already say. I took the carburetor apart because it wouldn't start. It didn't appear to be gummed up too badly. Honestly it looked very clean. I went ahead and took everything apart and cleaned it anyway...
