Surging issue but it’s not carby?

The issue appears to be the throttle lever is moving back and forth on its own !! I don’t have a throttle cable but usually manually move that lever at carby myself. I thought it was the small spring tension so I shortened it but made no difference. Ideas? https://drive.google.com/...Vepa/view?us..

I thought the replacement plug might've been bad so i tried another one but still no ..

Briggs & Stratton 375 Sprint Carbrettor

Hi Guys,Have just removed primer bulb to replace as it wasn't pumping fuel to prime engine and found a tiny rubber ring and a micro spring with a ball bearing in it. Asuume its a form of non return valve ???Where does it go and which way around should the rubber ring go??Photos would be appreciated ..

Merry tiller 5hp quantum

I have an Atco merry tiller rotorvator which is a very well made piece of kit. It has a briggs and Stratton 5hp side valve engine from 1988. The throttle linkage came adrift and I can’t work out how the thing goes together. I’m usually good at this sort of thing but just can’t get my head around it...
