PTO SAFETY SWITCH

On a model 71196 Wheel Horse mower, How do you replace the PTO Safety Switch. Seems like the access is almost inaccessible.Is there any way to bypass the switch to allow me to start the mower? Are there any wires or connectors that one can view looking at the engine near the starter etc??Need help b..

Broken Blade Bolt on a Toro Recycler 22" Mower - Model #20371 Serial #316125226

My niece contacted me today to say the Blade Bolt on their mower broke off - the other broken half of the bolt is inside the engine shaft. Hex Bolt Spinning
