Stihl 55 blowe

I put a new pressure squezze bulb on my blower and took off the gasket not paying attention to how the parts went back on , so Im not sure how the parts are suppose to face . when I tried to start it up Im getting gas into the bulb but not the carb..

Electric Start Toro not working

Have Toro Model 20495 electric start. Mower starts on first or second pull from cord but electric start working just a month ago is no longer working. I have a craftsman zts 6000 0 turn riding lawn mower. It has a pull button to start/push to shut off, it will turn over with button in the off position but will not turn over in the on position there is only a click. any ideas?..
